I am a professional qualified local counsellor, who received my accreditation in 2009. I am an accredited member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also work with Bupa, Aviva, and AXA PP healthcare insurances as a mental health and wellbeing therapist.

I offer high-quality counselling for depression anxiety and stress in Banbury and Middleton Cheney. I receive many referrals recommended by past clients doctors and from insurance companies. I work locally at two NHS GP surgeries and in Banbury in Oxfordshire and at my established private practice for over ten years. Specialising in short and long-term Counselling, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Counselling therapy in Banbury I have a wide range of experience, working with a full range of issues. including:
