Disappointment

I ordered my repeat medication on line to Rother House Medical Centre on Tuesday 19th April, called in to collect it this morning Tuesday 26th April. First arrived at the DG Baker Pharmacy at 9.25am where there was a note on the door, back in five mins, do not know how long this had been there, but I waited 10 mins. nobody came, so thought I would call back later. I called back at 10.40am went in to collect the medication only to be told it was not in, I explained that it was a week ago I had ordered it, where the gentleman told me it had been missed of the order when it came in, so I said, but that was a week ago, it could have been ordered again. He could not answer this, so I asked for the prescription back so as I could take it else where, as I needed the tablets. Since this pharmacy has changed from Rowlands it has gone down hill.
