About Us
Roderick James Architects LLP is an award winning architectural practice specialising in contemporary timber buildings, particularly houses, extensions and waterside buildings. We have great experience of working with specialist suppliers of timber frames, SIPS, natural building materials and renewable energy systems, including our close working relationship with Carpenter Oak Ltd. We have recently developed the expandable 'Radial House' concept with a starting cost of £100k and two eco-houses have been successfully completed for the Forestry Commission on this basis for £144k each. We have also succesfully designed large houses up to £3m.
