Terrible Customer Service

Had an awful memorable customer experience with this Tailor. I brought in a large sofa cushion to have the zip replaced as it was broken, I was in a hurry to get it done so I looked past her manner which wasn't the friendliest. Paid a deposit of £10 and we discussed how the material may have shrunk in the wash causing the zip to not close even if fixed. Days later she called and said she had tried two new zips but both had broken. Again not friendly, demanded the £15 before I could leave with the cushion that looked untouched from when I had dropped it off. Said she'd charge the full £25 to do it again (currently working with Citizen Advice to have her investigated). Outrageous to pay £25 and see no change. Found another lovely Tailor that changed the pull on the zip and only charged £5. Discussing it with the second Tailor, clearly the quality of the zips the original Tailor used was poor and that's why they kept breaking, if she did do anything to the cushion in the first place.
