Profile

I have 12 years of competitive bodybuilding experience having won competitions in the UK and USA. During this period, I have gained a lot of knowledge on the benefits of weight training, nutrition, and cardio, which I now would like to pass on to my personal training clients.

My focus is on gym-based exercises, combining resistance training and cardio. I like to advise all my clients the importance of their nutrition as this is the most important part of staying in shape.

Through hard work and dedication, I believe almost anyone can achieve their goals through regular exercise and a good nutrition plan.

Whether you want to lose weight, build up, tone up, or improve your fitness, I can devise a program to suit your needs. I currently have clients for weight loss and muscle gain, and I have also prepared athletes for photo shoots and competitions.

I have worked with celebrities and helped to prepare Marcus Bridgestock for the popular TV show The Jump.

I'm also currently available to train clients who are looking to prepare and compete in fitness and bodybuilding competitions which includes their bulking program and pre-contest dieting and preparation.

I'm currently based at the Aesthetic Fitness Studio in Streatham and also at the Battersea Park Millennium Arena.
