"I've been working out with Tresa for a few months now and i LOVE it. She's taken all the elements of CrossFit that I like, and weaved it into our sessions, combined with boxing, body weight exercises, cardio, flexibility and strength training. The great thing is that every session is different so I never get bored. She sets very specific goals (eg full press up) that we build on each week, and because I've been having trouble with my knee, she's been in touch with my physio and incorporated very targeted exercises into our routine - this has led to massive improvements. She really knows her stuff and pushes me hard when I need to be pushed, but we always have a laugh too (even at 6.30am!). Great trainer - couldn't recommend her more!"

"Had a great training session with Tresa. I was nervous about getting back into training as I had a back injury but Tresa was really understanding and also helped with exercises that would work with my injury. I sometimes dread when training gets repetitive, but with Tresa's training they didn't repeat meaning I was totally motivated and didn't loose track of my goals. Plus the specific stretching for my injury and attention to detail/personalization was unparalleled to any other trainer I've been to. Would fully recommend her, plus her music selection is great which really helped me to keep going through the tough parts!"
